Section 17. Amendment of section 160

Subsection (3) of section 160 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months" the words "three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years" .
