ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS (TERENGGANU) (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2012

Section 11. Amendment of section 55

Section 55 of the principal Enactment is amended–

(a) in subsection (1), by deleting the words “, on the advice of the Menteri Besar”; and

(b) in subsection (3)–

(i) by inserting after the words “ Majlis” the words “, on the recommendation of the Chief Syarie Prosecutor”; and

(ii) by deleting the words “or joint service”.
