ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1992
Section 10. Amendment to section 45.
Section 45 of the principal Enactment is amended by adding immediately after subsection (6), a new subsection (7) as follows:
"(7) No person shall appear or act for any party before the Hakam other than a family member who is close to him or her.".
