Section 4. Amendment of section 20

Section 20 of the principal Enactment is amended—

(a) in the shoulder note, by inserting after the word “by” the words “guru agama bertauliah, penggawa, penghulu or”; and

(b) by inserting after the word “A” the words “guru agama bertauliah”, penggawa, penghulu or”.
