CUSTOM OF PAHANG (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1989
Section 2. Amendment of section 166.
Section 166 of the Administration of the Religion of Islam and the Malay Custom of Pahang Enactment 1982 [Enact. 8/82], which in this enactment is referred to as the "principal Enactment", is amended by substituting for the words "two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both" the words "five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both and to whipping of not more than six strokes".
