Section 21. Amendment of section 164

Subsection (1) of section 164 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months" the words "two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year".
