SYARIAH CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (SECOND AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT, 1991
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Criminal Procedure (Second Amendment) Enactment, 1991 and shall come into force on such date as HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS THE SULTAN of Kedah Darulaman may appoint by notification in the
Gazette.
