ENACTMENT A28 ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS (TERENGGANU) (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2012
Section 3. Amendment of section 5
Section 5 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting the following section:
“Appointment of the Commissioner of Religious Affairs and Director
5. The Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan may appoint a Commissioner of Religious Affairs and a few Directors to perform the duties and obligations as determined by Majlis and this Enactment.”
