ENACTMENT NO 4 OF 2000 ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS OF THE STATE OF PENANG
Section 9. Amendment of sections 93
Section 93 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting subsection (1) with the following subsection (1) :
"(1) All properties subject to the provisions of section 92 including immovable property situated in the state shall vest in the Majlis, without any conveyance, assignment or transfer whatsoever for the purposes of the trust, wakafor nazar amaffecting the same.".
