SYARIAH CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2012
Section 3. Amendment of section 133.
Section 133 of the principal Enactment is amended—
(a) by substituting for the words “on the advice of” the words “in consultation with”;
(b) by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (b);
(c) by substituting for the full stop at the end of paragraph (c) the words “; or”; and
(d) by inserting after paragraph (c) the following paragraph:
“(d) any other sentence as His Royal Highness the Sultan may deem fit.”.
