ENACTMENT NO. 2 OF 1960
ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1960

Section 33. New section 179.

The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 178 of the principal Enactment:

"Section 179. Validation.

It is hereby declared that the principal Enactment shall have the same force and effect as if it had been enacted on Merdeka Day by the Legislature of the State and, notwithstan ing the provisions of section 1 thereof, the said Enactment shall, as amended by this Enactment, come into force on the fifteenth day of February, 1960.".
