SYARIAH CRIMINAL CODE (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1987

Section 2. New section 35.

The Syariah Criminal Code 1985 is amended by inserting immediately after section 34, new section 35 as follows:

"Rules

35. The Ruler may make rules for carrying into effect the objects of the Enactment and for prescribing anything which under this Enactment is to be prescribed."
