ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1960

Section 5. Amendment of Sections 13, 16, 17, 36, 38, 3, 91 and 92.

Sections 13, 16, 17, 36, 38, 3, 91 and 92 of the principal Enactment are hereby amended by deleting the words "in Council" after the word "Ruler" wherever they appear.
