ADMINISTRATION OF RELIGION OF ISLAM (PERAK) (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2012
Section 4. Amendment of section 7
Section 7 of the principal Enactment is amended in subsection (2) by substituting paragraph (d) with the following paragraph:
“(d) to invest in any investments as follows:
(i) in syariah compliance deposits in any banks;
(ii) in securities issued or will be issued by the State Government or Federal Government;
(iii) in any investments deems to be fit subject to the approval of the Majlis;
and to dispose of the investment on such terms and conditions as the Majlis may determine;”.
