Section 6. Amendment of section 139

Section 136 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "one hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen days" the words "two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both".
