Section 19. Amendment of section 88
Section 88 of the principal Enactment is amended–
(a) by substituting subsection (3) with the following subsection:
“(3) The Imam through the Chairman of the Jawatankuasa Kariah, shall promptly inform the Majlis of any want of repair or maintenence in his mosque.”; and
(b) in subsection (5) by inserting after the words “Jawatankuasa Kariah” the words “to repair or”.
