ENACTMENT A18 ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2009
Section 3. Amendment of section 10
Section 10 of the “principal Enactment” is amended—
(a) in subsection (1) by substituting for the words “two thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both” the words “three thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both”; and
(b) in subsection (2) by substituting for the words “fifty thousand ringgit” the words “two hundred thousand ringgit”.
