ENACTMENT NO. 2 OF 1960 ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1960
Section 28. Amendment of section 155
Section 155 of the principal Enactment is hereby amended :
(a) by substituting the words "two months", "two hundred", "three onths" and "three" for the words "fourteen days", "fifty", "one month" and "one" which appear in the eighth, ninth and eleventh lines respectively of sub-section (1) thereof;
b) by substituting the words "two months" arid "two hundred", "three months" and "three" for the words "fourteen days" and "fifty", "one month" and "one" which appear in the fourth and seventh lines respectively of sub-section (2) thereof.
