ADMINISTRATION OF RELIGION OF ISLAM (PERAK) (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2012

Section 3. Amendment of section 5

Section 5 of the principal Enactment is amended by inserting after subsection (4) the following subsection:

“(4A) For any such purposes, the Majlis shall deemed to be a Malay.”.
