ENACTMENT A37 CONTROL AND RESTRICT THE PROPAGATION OF NON-ISLAMIC RELIGIONS ENACTMENT (AMENDMENT) 2013
Section 3. Amendment of section 5
Subsection 5(2) of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting the following subsection:
“(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not less than one year and not exceeding eight years or to a fine no exceeding fiffty thousand ringgit or to both.”.
