ENACTMENT NO. 4 OF 1992 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1992
Section 30. Amendment to section 122.
Section 122 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "one thousand" and "six months" the words "three thousand" and "two years" respectively and by adding at the end of the section as folows:
"and the Court may order compensation to be paid by him to the wife who was ill-treated or cheated.".
