ENACTMENT A37 CONTROL AND RESTRICT THE PROPAGATION OF NON-ISLAMIC RELIGIONS ENACTMENT (AMENDMENT) 2013
Section 8. New section 15
The principal Enactment is amended by inserting after section 14 the following new section:
“Conduct of prosecution
(1) No prosecution in respect of any offence under this Enactment or any regulation made under this Enactment shall be instituted except by or with the consent in writing of the Public Prosecutor.
(2) Proceeding in respect of any offence under this Enactment or any regulations may with the written authorization of, the Public Prosecutor, be conducted by an authorised officer.”.
