ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1992
Section 21. Amendment to section 77.
Subsection (2) of section 77 of the principal Enactment is amended by inserting immediately after paragraph (1) the following provisp:
"Provided that the custody of that person does not affect the
maslahah
of the child.".
