ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS (TERENGGANU) (AMENDMENT) 2003

Section 2. Amendment of section 2.

Section 2 of the Administration of Islamic Religious Affairs (Terengganu) Enactment 1422H/2001M [Tr. En. 2/2001], which in this Enactment is referred to as the "principal Enactment", is amended as follows:

(a) The definition of "Chief Syaiah Enforcement Officer" and "Syariah Enforcement Officer" shall be amended by adding the words " and section 56 (1

)" at the end of such definition.
