ADMINISTRATION OF RELIGION OF ISLAM (PERAK) (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2012
Section 12. Amendment of section 75
Section 75 of the principal Enactment is amended–
(a) by substituting the shoulder note with the following shoulder note:
“Power to collect and distribute zakat and fitrah”;
and
(b) by inserting after the words “empowered to collect” the words “and distribute”.
