ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1999

Section 3. Amendment of section 23

Section 23 of the principal Enactment is amended in subsection (1) by substituting for the words "nor shall another marriage contracted without such permission be registered under this Enactment" the words "and if he contracts another marriage without such permission, such marriage may be registered under this Enactment subject to section 124".

Passed by the Legislative Assembly of Pahang on the 19th day of May 1999.
