ENACTMENT NO. 4 OF 1992 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1992
Section 14. Amendment to section 51.
Section 51 of the principal Enactment is amended by-
(a) inserting immediately after subsection (4), a new subsection (5) as follows:
"(5) No pronouncement of talaq or order of divorce or dissolution of marriage shall be registered unless the Registrar is satisfied that there is a Court order in respect of it."; and
(b) turning the existing subsection (5) into subsection (6)
