ENACTMENT A13 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2007
Section 2. Amendment section 2(1).
The Islamic Family Law Enactment 2006, is amended as follows:
(a) by deleting the semi colon sign after the word “area” in the definition of resident and substituted with the words “or certified by the Syarie Judge as such”.
