ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1991

Section 4. Amendment of section 7.

Section 7 of the principle Enactment is hereby amended by substituting paragraph (a) of subsection (1) with a new paragraph (a) as follows:

"(a) so many Syariah High Court Judges, whom one of them will be the Chief Syarie Judge, and so many Syariah Subordinate Court Judges;".
