ENACTMENT A3 ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2006
Section 3. Amendment of section 2
Subsection 2(1) of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the definition of “Qadhi” the following definition:
‘ “Qadhi” means a Syariah High Court Judge, a Syariah Subordinate Court Judge and also includes the Chief Syariah Judge appointed under paragraph 7(1)(a);’.
