ENACTMENT A37 CONTROL AND RESTRICT THE PROPAGATION OF NON-ISLAMIC RELIGIONS ENACTMENT (AMENDMENT) 2013
Section 2. Amendment of section 4
The Control and Restrict the Propagation of Non-Islamic Religions Enactment 1980 [En. Tr. 1/1980], which is referred to as the “principal Enactment”, is amended in subsection 4(2) by substituting the following subsection:
“(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not less than one year and not exceeding six years or to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to both.”.
