Section 18. Amendment of section 55

Section 55 of the principal Enactment is amended-

(a) by substituting the words "a final order or orders for the custody and maintenance of the dependant children, for the maintenance and accommodation of the divorced wife and ·for the payment of

mut'ah

to her." the words "an order. "; and

(b) by deleting the words "of maintenance, custody, etc," in the marginal note.
