ADMINISTRATION OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM (PERAK) (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2009
Section 5. Amendment of section 69
Section 69 of the principal Enactment is amended in subsection (3)–
(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the word “or”;
(b) in paragraph (b) by substituting comma with “; or”; and
(c) by inserting after the paragraph (b) the following new paragraph:
“(c) any member of the Syariah Officer Sevices Scheme,”.
