CONTROL OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1989

Section 4. Amendment of section 23.

Section 23 of the principal Enactment is amended by deleting the words "the Magistrate's Court" in line three and' is substituted with' the words "the Chief Kadi's Court" .
