ENACTMENT NO. 9 OF 1991 ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1991
Section 2. Amendment of section 2.
Section 2 of the Administration of the Syariah Court Enactment 1985 , which in this Enactment is referred to as the "principle Enactment", is hereby amended by substituting a new definition of "Peguam Syarie" as follows:
" "Peguam Syarie" means an advocate who has been given a Certificate of Peguam Syarie under section 19;".
