ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS OF THE STATE OF PENANG

Section 6. Amendment of section 63

Subsection 63(1) of the principal Enactment is amended -

(a) by inserting after the words "Legal Officer of the Federal Governtment" the words " , any other person appointed under section 3 of the Legal Aid Act 1971,"; and

(b) in the marginal note by inserting before the word "Act 166/76" the word "Act 26/71".
