Section 41. Amendment of section 185

Section 185 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both" the words "five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both or to whipping or not more than six strokes or to any combination of two of the penalties".
