Section 10. Amendment of section 73
Section 73 of the principal Enactment is amended–
(a) by deleting subsection (2); and
(b) in subsection (4) by substituting the words “the President or by any member or officer of the Majlis or any other officer authorized by the President.” with the words “the President or the Chief Executive Officer or any member or officer of the Majlis or any other officer authorized by the Chief Executive Officer.”.
