Section 2. Amendment of heading to Chapter 9 of Part V.
The Syariah Criminal Procedure Enactment 2002 [Enactment No. 8 of 2002], which is referred to as the “principal Enactment” in this Enactment, is amended in the heading to Chapter 9 of Part V of the national language text by substituting for the word “PERINGATAN” the word “PERINGANAN”.
