Section 18. Amendment of section 87
Section 87 of the principal Enactment is amended–
(a) in the shoulder note by inserting after the word “mosques” the words “and
surau”;
(b) in paragraphs (1)(a) and (b), by inserting after the words “as a mosque” the words “or
surau”;
and
(c) in subsection (2), by inserting after the words “as mosque” the words “or
surau”.
