ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1992

Section 6. Amendment of section 35.

Section 35 of the principal Enactment is amended by inserting after paragraph (a) the following new paragraphs (aa) and (bb):

(aa) the conditions and qualification for appointment of Peguam Syarie;

(bb) the regulation of the practice, profession, conduct and discipline of Peguam Syarie;".
