Section 9. Amendment of section 237

Section 237 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "legal practitioner" appearing in subsection (1) and the words "an agent or by his counsel" appearing in subsection (2) the words "Peguam Syariah" and "a Peguam Syariah" respectively.
