Section 27. Amendment of section 136.

Section 136 of the principal Enactment is hereby amended by deleting the wo ds and punctuation "as the Majlis may, with the approva of the Ruler, direct." which appear in the last two lines th reof and substituted therefor "in accordance with the rules nhade under this Enactment.".
