Section 2. Amendment of section 43

Subsection ( 5 ) (a) of section 43 of the Administration of the Religion of Islam and the Malay Custom of Pahang Enactment is referred to as the ''principal Enactment'' is amended by substituting for the words
''three months ' imprisonment or a fine of five hundred ringgit'' the words'' one year imprisonment of a fine of two thousand ringgit''.
