Section 16. Amendment of section 85
Section 85 of the principal Enactment is amended–
(a) in the shoulder note by inserting after the word “mosques” the words “
, surau”;
(b) in subsection (1) by inserting after the words “all mosques” the words “and
surau”;
and
(c) in subsection (2) by inserting after each of the word “mosque” the words “and
surau”.
