ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1991

Section 9. General amendment.

The principle Enactment is hereby amended, wherever it appears, including other related Enactments as follows:

(a) by substituting the word "Kadi" with the words "Syariah Subordinate. Court Judge";

(b) by substituting the words "Kadi Besar" with the words "Syariah High Court Judge";

(c) by substituting the words "Court of Kadi" and " Court of District Kadi" with the" words "Syariah Subordinate Court"; and

(d) by substituting the words "Court of Kadi Besar" with the words "Syariah High Court".

Passed in the State Legislative Assembly on the 19th September, 1991.
