ADMINISTRATION OF RELIGION OF ISLAM (PERAK) (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2012
Section 21. New section 95A
The principal Enactment is amended by inserting after the heading of Part IX the following new section:
“Interpretation
95A. For the purposes of this Part,
“Registrar” means Chief Registrar of Muallafs, Registrar or Assistant Registrar, whichever applicable, appointed under this Enactment.”.
