ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (STATE OF PENANG) (AMENDMENT) ENCTMENT 1993
Section 26. Amendment of section 81
Section 81 of the principal Enactment is amended by inserting below paragraph (1) of subsection (2) the following new proviso to that paragraph:
"Provided that the custody of that person does not affect the welfare of the child.".
