ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS OF THE STATE OF PENANG

Section 5. Amendment of section 39

Section 39 of the principal Enactment is amended -

(a) in subsection (2) by substituting for the words ''of the Islamic Religious Department of the State of Penang'' the words ''from the Mufti's Office''; and

(b) by substituting for the word ''(2)'' the word "(3)" in the Bahasa Kebangsaan text.
