ENACTMENT NO. 2 OF 1960 ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1960
Section 9. Amendment of section 32.
Section 32 of the principal Enactment is hereby amended :
(a) by deleting the words "in Council" which appear in the first line of sub-section (1) thereof;
(b) by inserting a comma after the word "may" which appears in the first line of sub-section (1) thereof and immediately thereafter the words and punctuation "after consultation with the Majlis,";
(c) by inserting the words and punctuation "Notice of such appointment hall be published in the Gazette." after the word and punctuation "Mufti." which appear in the second line of sub-section (1) thereof.
